Our mission is to deliver customers their products in a timely manner. Since our company is independently ran please be mindful that all products are handmade and will require some time to create, fill and complete orders.
*PROCESSING TIME*
*STANDARD ORDERS 3-4 business days (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS) This does not include shipping /delivery time.
*LARGE & CUSTOM ORDERS 5-7 business days (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS)
Custom Orders may require longer processing time depending on complexity of your order (HeavenScent will discuss options/deadlines with you PRIOR to placing order.)
If circumstances arise that requires more time for your order HeavenScentlls will reach out immediatley.

*ORDER CANCELATIONS*
If you need to cancel your order please DO NOT do so with your financial institution. Please contact us WITHIN 24 HOURS and we will gladly cancel the order and process a refund. Any time outside our 24 Hour timeframe is considered processed and not eligible for cancelation.
*SHIPPING & DELIVERY*
Shipped orders will receive a tracking number Via Email.
Delivery Orders will recieve a text message to arrange a delivery date and time window. (After 2 attempts of delivery you will be responsible to pick up your order within 7 business days and will not be refunded your delivery fee.
We understand the stressors of busy schedules, But we do have to place certain policies in order to maintain a limited order storage.
(Strict 7 Day Maximum Hold time)
After 7 days of no pick up your order we will reach out and a Non-Negotiable $15.00 shipping Fee will be applied and must be paid within 48hrs, and your order will be shipped to address provided.
If Shipping fee is not paid within 48hrs of our contact to you, YOUR ORDER WILL BE RESTOCKED AND YOU WILL NOT BE ELGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
For undelivered/missing packages please contact your local mail service provider.
HeavenScentLls is not responsible for packages stolen from your residence/doorstep or mailbox.
Please contact nearby neighbors or your mail courier for further assistance. If we (Heavenscent) failed to send out tracking information to you, and delivery issues remain unresolved, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you further.
Like all companies HeavenScentLls strives for the best process possible, products may be arrive to you sooner than the anticipated date.

While making an effort to ensure quality service, sometimes errors or unintentional things may occur. We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will provide replacements/refunds under certain circumstances as follows:
*If your product is damaged Example: Broken Jar, Melted Wax, Failed Performance, Missing pieces. (Proof Required)
*We will only provide instant refunds in case of out company failing to meet our business standards (please feel free to review our shipping policy abovefor details.)*
