Our mission is to deliver customers their products in a timely manner. Since our company is independently ran and all products are handmade it will require some time to create, fill and complete orders.
*STANDARD ORDERS will take 3-4 days processing time (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS) This does not include shipping /delivery time.
*LARGE & CUSTOM ORDERS may need longer processing time. (Gift sets requires a 7 day processing time (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS) If needed sooner please reach out to us PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER.) If there is a circumstance that requires more time for your order HeavenScentlls will reach out via Email.

ORDER CANCELATIONS
If you need to cancel your order please DO NOT do so with your financial institution. Please contact us WITHIN 24 HOURS and we will gladly cancel the order and process a refund for you.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY SERVICES
You will receive a tracking number Via Email. In reference to COVID-19 and third party policies, There is possible delays with postal services and deliveries. For undelivered/missing packages please contact your local mail service provider.
HeavenScentLls is not responsible for packages stolen from your residence/doorstep or mailbox.
Please contact nearby neighbors or your mail courier for further assistance. If we (Heavenscent) failed to send out tracking information to you, and delivery issues remain unresolved, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you further.

We understand the stressors of busy schedules, But we do have to place certain policies in order to maintain a limited order storage. ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF RECEIVING YOUR "ORDER READY" EMAIL. If orders have not been picked up within 2 weeks, We will reach out via Email on order, and a Non-Negotiable $15.00 shipping Fee will be applied and must be paid within 48hrs, and your order will be shipped to address on order. If Shipping fee is not paid within 48hrs of our contact to you, YOUR ORDER WILL BE RESTOCKED AND YOU WILL NOT BE ELGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
Like all companies HeavenScentLls strives for the best process possible, products may be arrive to you sooner than the anticipated date.

While making an effort to ensure quality service, sometimes errors or unintentional things may occur. We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will provide replacements/refunds under certain circumstances as follows:
*If your product is damaged Example: Broken Jar, Melted Wax, Failed Performance, Missing pieces. (Photos or Videos Required)
*We will only provide instant refunds in the exception of us not getting the items shipped out in a timely manner, per our shipping policy. (please feel free to review our shipping policy page for details.)*
All concerns need to be sent to our Email within 3-4 days after receiving the product or no tracking number is recieved after 3-4 business days, and we will try our best to respond within 2 business days.
