Q: What if I didn't recieve my order?
A: First check delivery status with tracking number provided to you via email and make sure the correct address was given during checkout. Heavenscent is not responsible for any packages delivered to a incorrect address that you put when placing order if order has already been shipped. We are not responsible missing or stolen packages. In certain circumstances we can provide assistance to resolve the issue, please contact us.
Q: Items in my package were damaged or broken, can i get a refund?
A: If items arrive to you broken or damaged we can work on getting you an replacement item out to you. If the damage was due to a mistake in production from HeavenScent, please contact us immediatly.
Q: I recieved my order and there is missing/wrong items in my package.
A: Check invoice to review items placed during ordering. Contact us so we can get the correct items out to you free of charge.
Q: What if I need my items sooner than the shipping options offered?
A: Prior to placing your order please reach out to us and we can work on expedited delivery options. (Under approved circumstances)
Q: What if I was to pick up or have my order delivered?
A:. We offer delivery or pick up . These options would be announed and an option during check out. Please note that our standard processing and shipping times still apply for deliveries. We arrange deliveries as a whole and we expected both parties to agree mutually to these terms.
