Care/ Safety Tips
Our candles & melts are made up of 100% Soy Wax, You may see frosting, Some issues with glass adhesion, and after burning sometimes a crumbly top, all is completely normal with soy wax. None of these will effect the candles ability to burn properly.
Here is a few things to keep in mind to protect your products and yourself.
*Always trim wicks 1/4 inch to avoid high flames, and to promote a even melt pool.
*If candle has any packaging, wrap, or large items/decor on top please remove before burning.
*1st burn we recommend burning for 3-4 full hours to reach a full melt pool. This will avoid repetitive tunneling in wax.
*Place candles and burners on flat, even, heat resistance surfaces.
*Some candles may spill due to high wax, remember to place these on a heat resistant plate to catch the excess drippings.
*Discontinue use of candle when only 1/2" of wax is remaining, failing to do so may cause glass to shatter or fires.
*Avoid placing by/in drafty, flammable, and unstable areas and items.
*Burn no longer than 5 hours at a time.
*Keep away from children and pets.
*Do not consume (eat or ingest) items. (some may designed to look like food products) If digested products please call your local health professional or 911 if having any reactions.
*Dessert Candles *
These candles will burn differently than our straight pour candles. Depending on the add-ons placed on top of the candle, there may be a high/dancing flame or tunneling of the wax. They also require more wick trimming maintence than other candles. Some toppings/embeds ay fall into the candle drowning the wick. If this occurs pour outsome excess wax to re-expose the wick. After toppings burn down or after 2hrs of burning (whichever occurs first) please extingish candle, trim wick, and relight... the candle will eventually catch up and burn evenly when all wax is even with the jar.
PLEASE PLACE ALL DESSERT CANDLES ON A HEAT RESISTANT PLATE TO CATCH POSSIBLE OVERFLOW.
* If product gets in eye, please flush throuroughly with warm water for 2 minutes. If any spills on skin wash off immediatly. If any reactions please contact health professional or 911.
*Avoid spraying Room Sprays near hardwood, tile, or easy to slip surfaces, avoid direct skin contact, avoid spraying near flammables.
*Place oils/melts in approved dry melters/burners only (avoid water).
DO NOT PLACE IN/ON STOVE FOR MELTING.
*Be cautious of overfilling melters and burners, you may need to break/ cut your wax melt depending on size of your melter/burner.
*Extinguish candle/turn off burner when exiting rooms for long periods of time.
*Refer to all warning labels on items.
*If item is cracked, broken, or damaged do not use! contact us @ [email protected]
